The 13 to  18 year-old  Senior League was formed in 1958 to facilitate the following:

  • Players will participate in a league associated with Babe Ruth that plays both in-house as well as teams from neighboring Westchester communities.
  • All Players will be evaluated, assigned to a team and measured for uniform sizes.
  • All home games are played at Saggese Memorial Field (119 Woodruff Ave. Scarsdale, NY 10583 – next to Dunwoodie Soccer Field) on the north end of Eastchester off of Route 22 on one of the best grass fields in Westchester County.
  • The league is 60/90 foot, namely pitcher mound is 60 feet vs 45/50 feet at  12-year-old  level and 90-foot bases vs 60/70 feet at the 12-year-old level.
  • The spring season starts on or about April 1st and ends in June.
  • Modified and JV baseball players are encouraged by their coaches to participate as there are no weekend commitments for school.
